- 4 large Granny Smith apples, diced
- 8 flour tortillas (small)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- Extra cinnamon sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Sauté diced apples in butter with brown sugar and cinnamon until tender.
- Mix cornstarch and water; stir into apples and simmer until thickened.
- Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Fill each tortilla with apple mixture and roll tightly.
- Place rolls seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
- Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Bake at 375F for 15 minutes until golden brown.
