Handheld sliders filled with a rich mixture of shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar, and bacon, served on buttery toasted buns.

- 2 large chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1.5 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning powder
- 12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls)
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours until tender.
- Shred the cooked chicken using two forks into small pieces.
- Stir in cream cheese, shredded cheddar, ranch seasoning, and bacon bits until smooth and combined.
- Slice slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
- Spoon the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom buns and top with a little extra cheddar.
- Place the top buns on and brush with a mixture of melted butter and garlic powder.
- Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes until buns are golden and cheese is melted.
