- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions
- Place cubed potatoes in the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth and stir to submerge.
- Cook on Low for 6-8 hours until potatoes are tender.
- Mash about 1/3 of the potatoes with a masher.
