A luxurious, velvety bisque combining the sweetness of corn with rich garlic butter and succulent shrimp, all slow-cooked to perfection.
Ingredients

- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups frozen sweet corn
- 4 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Sear shrimp in a skillet with 1 tbsp butter for 1 minute per side; remove and set aside.
- Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet until golden and fragrant.
- Add the seared shrimp, garlic, seafood stock, and corn to the slow cooker.
- Mix cornstarch with 1/2 cup water and stir into the slow cooker.
- Cook on LOW for 4-6 hours.
- Stir in heavy cream and remaining butter just before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
