A creamy, tangy twist on traditional BBQ chicken served on toasted hoagie rolls. Perfect for summer gatherings.

- 2 lbs chicken breast
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 2 tbsp salted butter
Instructions
- Poach chicken breasts in simmering water until cooked through (165F).
- Shred the warm chicken using two forks.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Mix shredded chicken into the sauce until fully coated.
- Butter the inside of sliced hoagie rolls and toast in a skillet until golden.
- Fill toasted rolls with the chicken mixture and serve immediately.
