- 4 bone-in pork chops (1-inch thick)
- 2 cups Coca Cola (Classic)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear pork chops for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown, then transfer to the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together Coca Cola, soy sauce, brown sugar, and minced garlic.
- Pour the mixture over the pork chops in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on Low for 6-8 hours or High for 3-4 hours.
- Remove pork to a plate and pour the remaining liquid into a saucepan.
- Simmer the sauce over medium heat for 5-10 minutes until thickened into a glaze.
- Pour the glaze over the chops and serve immediately.
