Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 lb beef chuck roast
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 large yellow onion, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth

  2. In the same pan, sauté sliced onions and minced garlic for 2 minutes.
