- 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tbsp melted unsalted butter
- 24 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 3 Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup prepared caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325F (160C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of the pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar on low speed until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing just until combined.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- In a skillet, sauté apples with brown sugar and cinnamon until tender.
- Pour cheesecake batter over the crust and swirl in the apple mixture.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until edges are set but center jiggles slightly.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for 6 hours.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
