  • 3 large Eggs (divided)
  • ½ cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the red velvet cake mix, 2 eggs, vegetable oil, water, and cocoa powder until smooth.
  3. Pour half of the batter into the springform pan and bake for 20 minutes.
