- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Pat chicken dry then season with salt and pepper.
- Sear on a hot skillet until golden. Transfer to baking sheet.
- Add tomatoes and garlic powder. Layer chicken and mozzarella.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and bake until chicken reaches 165°F. Rest before serving.
