  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 12 oz mixed seafood (shrimp and mussels)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, cubed
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup pimentos, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
