Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat chicken dry; season both sides with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Whisk together olive oil, melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan, and lemon juice.
- Coat chicken in the mixture, arrange on prepared sheet.
- Bake 20–22 minutes, flipping halfway, until skin is golden and internal temp is 165°F.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
