Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted (divided)
  • 1/3 cup honey (divided)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a mini-muffin tin.
  2. Whisk cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Stir in buttermilk and half of the melted butter until just combined.
  4. Fill mini-muffin tins 3/4 full with batter.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Whisk remaining butter and honey together for the glaze.
  7. Brush glaze onto warm poppers immediately after baking.
