- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted (divided)
- 1/3 cup honey (divided)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a mini-muffin tin.
- Whisk cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Stir in buttermilk and half of the melted butter until just combined.
- Fill mini-muffin tins 3/4 full with batter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Whisk remaining butter and honey together for the glaze.
- Brush glaze onto warm poppers immediately after baking.
