- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 2‑cup ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp espresso powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Sift together dry ingredients and set aside.
- Whisk mashed bananas with sugar and egg until smooth.
- Mix melted butter and vanilla into banana mixture.
Fold into dry ingredients until just combined.
Pour batter into greased loaf pan.
