- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 4 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
- ½ cup salted caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Sauté sliced apples in a skillet over medium heat with sugar and cinnamon until tender (about 5-7 minutes).
- Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust, add sautéed apples, drizzle with caramel sauce, then top with remaining cheesecake mixture.
- Bake for about 50 minutes until set around edges but slightly jiggly in center. Turn off oven and cool inside for one hour before transferring to room temperature.
- Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight before serving. Drizzle more caramel sauce on top before slicing.
