  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 medium kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple, chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice (or lemon juice)
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Rinse all fruits under cold water. Prepare strawberries by hulling and halving them. Slice the kiwi into rounds or half-moons and chop the pineapple into bite-sized chunks.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine prepared strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and pineapple. Gently toss to mix.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together honey and citrus juice until well combined. Stir in poppy seeds.
