  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for frosting)
  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, sugar, and salt; mix well.
  3. Add the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract; beat on medium speed for about 2 minutes until smooth.
  4. Divide the batter into cupcake liners until two-thirds full. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. While cooling, make the frosting by creaming peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth; gradually add milk to achieve desired consistency.
