Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 2 Green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Whisk maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a small bowl.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add salmon cubes in a single layer and sear for 2 minutes per side without moving them.
  4. Pour the glaze into the pan over the seared salmon.
  5. Stir gently for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the fish.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
