- 1.5 lbs Salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tbsp Maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 2 Green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Whisk maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a small bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add salmon cubes in a single layer and sear for 2 minutes per side without moving them.
- Pour the glaze into the pan over the seared salmon.
- Stir gently for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the fish.
- Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
