- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
- Brown sliced chicken sausage in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until softened.
- Stir in dry orzo and toast for 2 minutes until slightly golden.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Cover partially and cook for 8-10 minutes until liquid is mostly absorbed.
- Stir in broccoli and cook for 3-4 more minutes until tender-crisp.
- Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese and lemon juice.
