  • 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 8oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar (for cheese layer)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup flour (for crumble)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (for crumble)
  • 4 tbsp cold butter, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch pan.
  2. Whisk pumpkin puree, melted butter, 1 cup brown sugar, and eggs together.
  3. Sift in flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg; fold until combined.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese with 1/4 cup sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Pour pumpkin batter into pan, then dollop cream cheese mixture on top and swirl with a knife.
  6. Mix crumble ingredients and sprinkle evenly over the top.
  7. Bake for 35-45 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
