- Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tbsp sugar until combined. Press into heart-shaped molds to form the crust.
- Beat cream cheese in another bowl until smooth; gradually add remaining sugar, sour cream, and vanilla until creamy.
- Gently fold in raspberries without crushing them.
- Spoon filling into the prepared crusts and smooth the tops.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- Carefully remove from molds and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
