  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries (or frozen, thawed and drained)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tbsp sugar until combined. Press into heart-shaped molds to form the crust.
  3. Beat cream cheese in another bowl until smooth; gradually add remaining sugar, sour cream, and vanilla until creamy.
  4. Gently fold in raspberries without crushing them.
  5. Spoon filling into the prepared crusts and smooth the tops.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  7. Carefully remove from molds and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
