- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Sear the chicken in a hot pan until golden and cooked through.
- Let chicken rest, then dice into bite‑sized cubes.
