- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced (about 1 rotisserie chicken)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with cream of chicken soup. Stir in frozen peas and carrots along with seasonings until well combined.
- Fold in half of the shredded cheddar cheese into the chicken mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish evenly spreading it out.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and scatter them over the top of the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and cooked through. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top during the last 5 minutes of baking.
