  • 4 cups chopped green or red cabbage
  • 1 medium red onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, retaining some fat in the skillet.
  2. Add sliced red onions to the skillet with reserved fat and sauté until soft (3-5 minutes).

  5. Crumble the cooked bacon back into the skillet with cabbage and onions. Drizzle dressing over and toss gently to combine.
