  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 cups biscuit mix
  • 3/4 cup milk (for the cobbler topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, diced carrots, peas, chopped celery, cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme until well combined.
