- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 packet (1 oz) dry ranch seasoning
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons milk or chicken broth (optional for thinning)
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Pour melted butter over the chicken and sprinkle with ranch seasoning.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours until chicken is tender.
- Remove chicken to a bowl and shred using two forks.
- Return shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir in cubed cream cheese until melted and smooth.
- Fold in the crumbled cooked bacon and stir until well combined.
- Thin with milk or broth if a thinner sauce is desired.
