  • 1 cup brown sugar, divided
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup rolled oats (old-fashioned)
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup salted caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, toss sliced apples with ½ cup brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, oats, remaining brown sugar, melted butter, and salt until crumbly.
  4. Press half of the crumble mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish. Layer with spiced apples and drizzle with salted caramel sauce before topping with remaining crumble mixture.
