- 8 oz (225g) Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 4 oz (115g) Ricotta Cheese
- 2 oz (55g) Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp (30ml) Olive Oil
- ¼ cup (10g) Fresh Basil, chopped
- 2 tbsp (5g) Fresh Oregano, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until about 12 inches in diameter and transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Brush olive oil over the dough and evenly sprinkle minced garlic.
- Spread dollops of ricotta cheese on the dough, followed by a generous layer of shredded mozzarella and finish with grated parmesan.
- Top with chopped fresh basil and oregano.
