A bright, citrusy orange glaze coats tender salmon fillets for a quick, delicious meal.

- 4 salmon fillets, skin on
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 handful fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
Instructions
- Pat the salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and butter until butter melts.
- Heat a skillet over medium‑high, add salmon skin‑side down, and cook 2–3 minutes.
- Flip, pour glaze over, and cook 4–5 minutes, basting occasionally.
- Finish by spooning remaining glaze, garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately.
