Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 16 oz potato gnocchi
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Sear cubed chicken in a skillet with butter until golden brown; remove chicken and set aside.
  3. Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer; whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
