- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup whole-milk ricotta cheese
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)

- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Boil salted water in a large pot and cook jumbo shells until al dente. Drain and let cool.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth.
