Ingredients

  • ½ cup white sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whole milk (whole or 2%)
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup brown sugar, ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, 2 tablespoons butter, ¼ cup flour (crumble topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a 9‑inch bundt or loaf pan.
  2. Sift flour, baking powder, soda, and salt into a bowl.
  3. Beat softened butter with brown and white sugars until pale and airy.
  4. Whisk in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and milk.
  5. Fold wet into dry gently until just combined.
  6. Fold in ground cinnamon and a pinch of extra brown sugar.
  7. Transfer batter into prepared pan, top with crumble mixture, level surface, and bake.
  8. Bake 35–40 minutes, testing until edges pull away and internal temperature reaches about 190°F.
