- ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- ½ cup white sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whole milk (whole or 2%)
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- ½ cup brown sugar, ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, 2 tablespoons butter, ¼ cup flour (crumble topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a 9‑inch bundt or loaf pan.
- Sift flour, baking powder, soda, and salt into a bowl.
- Beat softened butter with brown and white sugars until pale and airy.
- Whisk in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and milk.
- Fold wet into dry gently until just combined.
- Fold in ground cinnamon and a pinch of extra brown sugar.
- Transfer batter into prepared pan, top with crumble mixture, level surface, and bake.
- Bake 35–40 minutes, testing until edges pull away and internal temperature reaches about 190°F.
